| EQUINA :: Galician Horse Show
Dear Breeder:
As you know, from the 19th to the 21st October the IX edition of the Galician Horse Show , EQUINA 2007 will be held in the International Fair of Galicia.
In this new edition, we have organised several activities of great interest for the professionals of the sector, among these, it is worth mentioning the IX Pure Spanish Bred Morphological Competition (PRE), the VII Pure Galician Bred Morphological Competition and the X Galician Pacing Competition, apart from the creation of an exhibiting space devoted to horse buying and selling . In addition, shows, exhibitions and other horse activities will take place (horseball matches, carriage walks, etc) intended to attract the attention of the increasing number of fans.
We are working as well on the organisation of a Horse Workshop., which consists of pre-scheduled business agendas between the offer and the demand of this emerging sector. These are aimed at making these transactions easier. We want to remind you as well, that one more year, the Pure Spanish Bred Morphological Competition is qualifying for the National Competition ANCCE .
Should you be interested in exhibiting your products, and in order to facilitate your participation in Equina, we are glad to inform you that it is possible to hire a Turnkey Stand. This offer is available for all those herds interested in positioning their horses in the flourishing Galician market. In addition, it is possible as well to hire publicity in the exhibitor's catalogue or by direct sponsorships of different activities. The Galician Horse Show takes places simultaneously with TURISPORT 2007 (XVI Tourism, Sports and Rural Development Show), which contributes to spreading the interesting World of horses among more than 16.000 visitors.

» How can I exhibit in EQUINA?
You only have to send the Application form to the show organisers, together with the receipt of the pre-reservation payment, according to the space hired.
The application form of new exhibitors is subject for the Organisation's approval.

» How is space distributed?
Preference will be given to former exhibitors, as long as they confirm their participation within the deadlines set by the event organisers.
New participants will be located straight after these.They will be allocated in order of reception of the application form and payment (this last requirement is compulsory and will determine the date in which the request for space has been made), always according to the show distribution of sectors.
Former EXHIBITORS: Space allocation will only be organised after having received and approved the application form, and received the corresponding payment. Should an exhibitor request a change in location or surface, the organisation will, if possible, offer different possibilities according to those requests. The exhibitor shall confirm in writing his acceptance.
NEW EXHIBITORS: Once the Application Form is received and accepted, the Organisation will offer the best available location, according to the exhibitor's needs and to the general distribution of the show. Space allocation will be effective after having received the exhibitor's acceptance (in writing) and the corresponding payment.
Stand allocation will be decided according to the general distribution for the different sectors.
